Life is like Peddle of cycle If one (sorrows) pushes you down Other (happiness) pulls you up You just need not stop cycling.
Benefits of Cycling

1. Balance:
Cycling produces the balance between exertion & relaxation which is very important for body's inner equilibrium.

Cycling has a relaxing effects due to uniform movement which stabilizes physical & emotional functions. It reduces anxiety,depression, & other psychological problems.
