The Golden Crutch

The crutch (Ultimate Support of life)

                 I was struggling to start my second hand motorcycle in the middle of the road mashed up with traffic. I heard my name someone shouted, somewhere from posh car. I was amazed! He was nobody but my old patient which used to come to my clinic with (hated) crutches. He greeted me with hug, when I asked him about his life. By showing his “A” class posh car he said anxiously ‘this is how it’s going’!!!!!! After few minutes by comprehending my problem he offered me lift till near garage and advised me to park bike near road with handle lock.

                I was in car and was frowning happily every time with the gag…. But I was curious to know how he achieved this. Desperately……… I asked him sarcastically who did you robbed for buying so costly car. He smiled and kept mum…

                I still remember 6 months back you came to my clinic with crutches in your hands absolute no movements in your knee; you could hardly take treatment from me due to poor economic conditions……

                He smiled again and replied… Do you remember how I used to hate those crutches; I was very depressed, it always poked and reminded me of my inability to do my daily work. But all that happens is for good reasons……………….. (Drop rolled down from his eye)

                He continued: one fine day when I was going for my doctor’s visit, I saw one old man with amputee leg holding crutches and washing cars….. I was stunned that time! I got some tremendous positive energy that day and I started working that night. I developed car racing game (by showing the game app in his 4G mobile phone). I sold it to one Japanese company and I earned Millions……

                Unknowingly my hand rose up to salute him. He was not done yet, he continued: every human in this world needs crutches. Shocked!!!!!????..... From the birth of the baby till the burying of dead body in grave he is dependent on some or the other person what is that?? (Using crutches only).  So why feel depressed for using those 2 harmless sticks (crutches).

He showed me one picture, A man standing only on the crutches and legs hanging in the air. He explained: it looks like he is happily jumping with the help of those crutches. He must be avoiding the mud and the dirt on ground by swinging in air with the help of crutches to reach his interview neat and clean……………

What a great thought……………………………………………………..!!!!

                (I was speechless, lost in imaginary world)…... Hey!!!! here is one garage you’ll get mechanic here. I got down from car. At last he said Thank You Omkar for being my crutch during my accident time and treatment. We shook hands and he pleaded me to thank all those crutches that I have used in my life. His posh white car left a thought behind. I should have thanked him first for teaching such priceless lesson………
